Privacy policy

This page explains the customer information Fashion_Fussion currently uses to operate accounts, checkout, orders, payment verification, refunds, support and business-buying workflows.

Payment credentials: Fashion_Fussion pages do not ask customers to enter card CVV values, UPI PINs or net-banking passwords. Prepaid payment credentials are handled through Razorpay's payment interface.

Account & contact dataName, email, phone and authentication-related account information used for account access and support.

Delivery dataSaved recipient and address information used to prepare and support delivery orders.

Order & payment recordsProducts, quantities, prices, GST, discounts, delivery values, payment status and processor references used for fulfilment and reconciliation.

Why information is used

Authenticate customer accounts and show account-specific records.
Calculate and verify checkout values, create orders and maintain order history.
Process or verify prepaid payments, Cash on Delivery status, cancellations, returns and eligible refunds.
Store delivery addresses selected by the customer and associate the chosen address with an order.
Provide customer support, business-buying support and security assistance.
Protect store operations, investigate failed or duplicate payment states and maintain accounting or operational records where reasonably required.

Services used to operate the store

Fashion_Fussion currently uses Supabase for authentication and database services, Razorpay for prepaid payment processing, and Vercel for production hosting and backend APIs. Information needed for those functions can be processed through those services as part of operating the store.

Browser-stored shopping data

Cart state and checkout continuity information can be stored in the customer's browser so the shopping and checkout flow can continue between page interactions. Authoritative prices, GST, promotions, delivery charges and payable totals are recalculated or verified by the backend before an order is finalized.

Retention

Account, address, order, payment-reference, refund, support and business-request records may be retained for as long as reasonably required to operate the store, provide support, prevent fraud, reconcile payments and meet accounting or legal obligations. The current storefront does not promise a universal fixed deletion period for every record type.

For a question about personal information associated with a Fashion_Fussion account or order, contact support using the email below. Include enough account or order context for the request to be identified without sending payment secrets such as an OTP, CVV or UPI PIN.
